Required documents for new Membership (Approved by the Executive Committee)
- Request letter for Membership on the Company’s letterhead.
- CVAS Certificate (photocopy)
- SECP Certificate (photocopy)
- NTN Certificates (photocopy)
- Certificate of Incorporation & Form-29 duly certified by SECP (photocopy)
- CNIC Copy of Representative Director of the Company, list of all Directors, Personal profile of Directors.
- Bank Accounts Information.
- At least five (05) Employees (excluding Proprietor/Partners/Directors) with a proper office in accordance with the PTA requirement.
- The Proposers and Seconders of new members should be completely independent of each other. They should not be related to each other including as sister Companies with the same set of Proprietors/Partners/Directors.
- Before approval of new membership, the office of the applicants may be visited by any of the two Members of the Membership Committee, if required.
Note: –
- Membership year January – December (Membership will expire on 31st December each year irrespective of a grant of membership)
- PTCA reserves the right to reject the grant of Membership
- The applicant rejected may avail one opportunity to appeal to Chairman PTCA for review and reconsideration
